Your account and the floor

You are responsible for activity under your account and for the information you share in rooms, profiles, clips, and pinned links. Do not impersonate others, evade restrictions, or use FLOOR in a way that makes someone unsafe.

Community Guidelines

Prohibited conduct includes harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content involving minors, doxxing, spam, impersonation, fraud, illegal goods or services, and other conduct described in FLOOR’s Community Guidelines. FLOOR may remove content, restrict participation, end rooms, or terminate accounts that violate those rules.

Memberships, tips, and pins

Creator memberships are $2.99 per month and renew until cancelled. Tips are voluntary one-time payments. Pinned links cost $1.99 when a paid pin is required. Prices are shown before a charge is made.

Membership cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the paid period. Tips are non-refundable except where law requires otherwise.

FLOOR Plus

FLOOR Plus is optional and costs $4.99 per month or $49.99 per year (USD). New paid Plus subscriptions are sold through Stripe-hosted web checkout only. You must explicitly agree to the selected recurring price before continuing to checkout. The selected plan renews automatically each month or year until cancelled.

Eligible accounts can start a one-time 7-day free trial without a card. The trial ends without automatically converting to a paid subscription or charging a saved tipping card. Continuing with paid Plus requires a separate checkout; subscribing during the trial ends the free trial.

Cancel renewal in FLOOR’s Plus settings before your next renewal. Once cancellation is confirmed, access continues through the current paid period and the next renewal stops. If cancellation cannot be confirmed, contact support; an error or expired local access does not mean external billing has stopped.

New standalone $2.99 live-video subscriptions are no longer sold. Existing eligible paid-through legacy web access is preserved; legacy billing records that cannot be verified require support review before a new subscription or a confirmed billing change.

Apple purchase verification is unavailable in FLOOR, and new Apple In-App Purchases are not offered here. An unverified Apple record does not grant Plus access or establish whether an external Apple subscription exists or is still renewing. If you have an Apple subscription, manage or cancel it in Apple’s subscription settings and contact FLOOR support about your legacy record before starting another subscription.

Rejected pin refunds

A guest pin can await host review. If a host rejects a paid pin, FLOOR refunds the pin charge. A rejected pin is not added to the room’s active pinned-link strip.

Availability and changes

Live conversation depends on networks, devices, and people. FLOOR cannot promise that every room, clip, or membership feature will always be available. We may update these terms as FLOOR evolves; the current version is published here.
