Delete your account
You can delete your FLOOR account in the app, or submit an account-deletion request here.
In the app
Sign in to FLOOR, open Settings, then choose Delete account. FLOOR asks you to confirm your handle before scheduling deletion. Signing in during the grace period cancels the scheduled deletion.
Request deletion on the web
Enter the email address on your FLOOR account. This creates a deletion request for the FLOOR team to handle. For account security, we may need to verify the request before acting on it.
